About Top Notch Healthcare Assistance, LLC

Top Notch Healthcare is a leading provider of private duty nursing and wellness services in the Houston Metro Area. Offering accessible, cost-effective care is our agency's priority and service is our passion. 

We empower our patients and help them live comfortably and actively in their own homes. We are available to provide care 24 hous per day, 7 days per week. When you need us, we will always be there ready to assist you. Our staff includes fully trained male and female RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and caregivers.

All of our employees undergo thorough background checks, and our senior RNs and LVNs each have at least 10 years of experience working as private duty nurses.

We offer services based on your needs, so we never require a minimum commitment of ours.  We are there when you need us. From one hour to around the clock, we will provide just the right amount of coverage for you.

We accept private insurance and direct payments for our services.  We do not currently accept Medicare at this time.
